The Free Enterprise Action Fund is advised by Action Fund Management, LLC, which receives a fee for its services, and is distributed by Northern Lights Distributors LLC, which is not affiliated with Action Fund Management, LLC.Instructions
1. Opening an account/completing an investment application. You will need to open account with the Free Enterprise Action Fund, which is being distributed by BISYS Fund Services Limited Partnership. The Fund is not currently available through other brokerage firms. The minimum initial investment is $1,000. The minimum subsequent investment is $250.
Complete and send in the application for the type of account you would like to open. Instructions are printed on the forms.
2. Sending funds. You may send your investment either by check or by electronic funds transfer.
By check. If you are sending funds by check, please make the check out to "Free Enterprise Action Fund" and send the check in with your with your application.

By electronic funds transfer. If you wish to wire money to make an investment in the Fund, please call the Fund at 1-800-766-3960 for wiring instructions and to notify the Fund that a wire transfer is coming. Any commercial bank can transfer same-day funds via wire. The Fund will normally accept wired funds for investment on the day received if they are received by the Fund's designated bank before the close of regular trading on the NYSE. Your bank may charge you a fee for wiring same-day funds.
